O.P.E.C.S. - OPERATORS EXAMINATION COMPETENCY SCHEME. (TRAINING).

O.P.E.C.S. Competency Scheme provides the candidates with Competence and the ability to consistently perform the tasks and activities required by the Client or Customer to a defined standard of efficiency and in a safe working manner, it combines both a combination of Knowledge, ability , attitude and behavior , which is attained through training, gaining experience and verified through supervision, refresher training & regular on-site assessments during operations by Auditing processes.

Competency is an Employers legal requirement to their employees. Legislative requirements which are expressed in general terms, state that " Employees and others are not, so far as is reasonably practical , exposed to risks to their health and safety"

The O.P.E.C.S. Competency Scheme can carry out Bespoke / Tailored training courses to our Clients on site in there own premises or in a preferred classroom from Operator / Driver Equipment training courses, Lifting Operation, Rigging & Slinging to Lifting Supervisor courses. Several courses are also available for Inspection of all lifting equipment and Machinery either on-site during routing work or planned training courses for either new students to experienced personnel as refreshers etc.

Cards and Certificates.

On successful completion of any of the O.P.E.C.S. Training courses each Candidate would be issued with a Hard copy of his Training Certificate with contains a Unique Student Registration number and the certificate number is the same as on a Hologram attached to the certificate.

Also at a latter date they would receive a Plastic Training Competency card which would show all there course achievements and registration number for the OP.E.C.S. database competency scheme.

NOTE: Both certificates and the Plastic Cards both have trace-ability to the Trainees own hidden web page on our site for Verification purposes and would show his details, courses and identification.

Its a handy card which enables all certificates & Qualifications attained to be placed on an plastic card to show employers and clients that you have been suitable assessed and trained in the area of competency required to carry out the task safely and efficiently as required, and with full trace-ability to ensure they are genuine by scanning the rear QR code.

This is a sample of the Rear design of the new format for the O.P.E.C.S. Competency Training card, up to 4 to 5 different courses could be added to the card as examinations are passed, the card would be automatically updated to cover certificates attained.
